Hon'ble Justice Shri K.G Balakrishnan, Chairperson, National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi foreword the manual "Activist Manual on Law" published by PVCHR as a activist knowledge center under its initiative Promoting psycho- legal framework to reduce TOV in India with support from Rehabilitation and Research Center for Torture Victims (RCT)
