Rishabh Tripathi: A Hero of Human Dignity Whose Life Was an Act of Solidarity.
Some lives are remembered not by how long they lasted, but by the humanity they shared and the dignity they upheld.
Rishabh was a dear friend, a young human rights defender, and someone who became part of our family. From his international learning journey in Nepal and Norway to his grassroots work with PVCHR and Jan Mitra Nyas, and his contribution to feeding hungry children during the COVID-19 pandemic, he demonstrated that solidarity is not merely a slogan—it is something we practise.
His journey ended too soon, but his compassion, friendships and commitment to human dignity will remain with us.
I have written this tribute in memory of Rishabh, with love and deep respect for him and his family.
You will not be remembered only because you died young, Rishabh. You will be remembered because you lived for human dignity.
