About THE BOOK :
This book is an amalgamation of ideas for reformative approaches to human rights. More than thirty-five (35) research scholars have vouched for reformative approaches, under four themes; seeking reform for ensuring right to dignified life, reformative measure for equality and non- discrimination, reformative construal of legislation and law and seeking reform in digital space, with the aim to guide and encourage the reformists. This book defines a reformist to include as individual, organization, non-governmental organization, judiciary, government and guardian of the constitution. The role of the reformist and their reformative approaches is self-explanatory in this book under the four themes, four messages and six forewords by esteemed and renowned personalities.
The editor-in-chief's and editor's unwavering and visionary efforts, along with the combined commitment of all the contributors have showcased the WHY, WHOM, WHAT, WHEN and, HOW of the reformative approaches to human rights.

Last phase of International Conference on Reformative Approaches to Human Rights organized by Faculty of legal sciences at Shoolini University in collaboration with Himachal Pradesh Human Rights Commission. I received honour from Prof. P.K.Khosla, Founder and Chancellor of Shoolin University as chief guest of validatory session.
Lenin gave his speech on Reformative Approaches as part of progress of human civilization. Diversity, inclusiveness, liberty, fraternity and rule of law for justice for all are key element.
