कवि-पत्रकार मुकुल सरल को जनमित्र अवार्ड और किताब पर चर्चा

चुप रहने में दम घुटने का ख़तरा है

ऐसे शेर कहने वाले कवि-पत्रकार एवं संस्कृतिकर्मी मुकुल सरल के ग़ज़ल संग्रह “मेरी आवाज़ में तू शामिल” पर रविवार को यहां जगतगंज स्थित होटल कामेश हट में चर्चा हुई। इस मौके पर उन्हें जनमित्र अवार्ड से भी सम्मानित किया गया।

मानवाधिकार पीपुल्स विजिलेंस कमेटी (पीवीसीएचआर) की ओर से आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में बनारस के साहित्यकार, पत्रकार, बुद्धिजीवियों व अन्य जनों ने शिरकत की।

कार्यक्रम में सबसे पहले संस्था के अध्यक्ष संत विवेक दास ने कवि-पत्रकार मुकुल सरल को स्मृति चिह्न, अंगवस्त्रम एवं पुष्प वृक्ष देकर जनमित्र अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया। इस मौके  पर संस्था के मुख्य ट्रस्टी डॉ. लेनिन ने कहा, “पीवीसीएचआर एक ऐसे नायक को जनमित्र सम्मान से सम्मानित करते हुए गौरव महसूस कर रहा है जिसने अदम्य साहस और नवाचार करने की दृढ़ता से वंचित समुदाय के उत्थान के लिए हमेशा जोखिम उठाया है। कवि-पत्रकार एवं संस्कृतिकर्मी श्री मुकुल सरल को मौजूदा दौर में एक ऐसे मॉडल के रूप में देखा जा सकता है, जिन्होंने दबाव और सेंसरशिप का विरोध करने में हमेशा साहस प्रदर्शित किया।

आज की दुनिया अभिव्यक्ति के भयंकर संकट से गुजर रही है। पूरी दुनिया में, अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता राजनेताओं और दब्बू मीडिया मालिकों के निशाने पर है। कई बार हम अपनी आत्मा बेचकर कहीं भी अपने विचार व्यक्त करने का अधिकार खो देते हैं, लेकिन मुकुल जी ने हमेशा इन चुनौतियों का मुकाबला किया। जोखिम भरी कीमत चुकाने के बावजूद उन्होंने सत्य का खांडा हमेशा निर्भीकतापूर्वक खड़काया है। सूचना अराजकता, कलम पर सेंसरशिप पर विरोध दर्ज कराते हुए विघटनकारी ताकतों का कड़ा मुकाबला किया है। मुकुल जी वंचित समुदाय के उत्थान और तरक्की के लिए हमेशा विश्वसनीय रिपोर्टिंग को प्रमुखता दी।

मुकुल सरल देश के चर्चित न्यूज़ पोर्टल न्यूज़क्लिक (नई दिल्ली) में समाचार संपादक हैं। तमाम दुश्वारियों के बावजूद वह हमेशा अपने टेक पर डटे रहे। निर्भीक और निष्पक्ष पत्रकार मुकुल जी जनमित्र सम्मान से भी बड़े सम्मान के पात्र हैं। इनका सम्मान उन जैसे सभी पत्रकारों का हौसला जरूर बढ़ाएगा”।

संस्था के अध्यक्ष संत विवेक दास ने कहा कि मुकुल सरल कहते हैं कि मेरी आवाज़ में तू शामिल...और यह सही है कि इस आवाज़ में हम सब शामिल हैं। यह आवाज़ सदियों से आ रही है। यह आवाज़ संत कबीर की आवाज़ है जो प्रेम की बोली बोलती है और हर तरह की धार्मिक कट्टरता से लगातार लड़ रही है।  

किताब पर चर्चा करते हुए इतिहासकार डॉ. मोहम्मद आरिफ़ ने इसे इंक़लाबी शायरी का एक मुकम्मल दस्तावेज़ बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि मुकुल जी की आवाज़ आम जन की आवाज़ है। जिसमें फ़ैज, साहिर, क़ैफी आज़मी, हबीब जालिब की सदा सुनाई देती है। उन्होंने इन शायरों को याद करते हुए भी नए अल्फ़ाज़ और नये मायनों के साथ कई नज़्में कही हैं।

मुकुल सरल की शायरी की समीक्षा करते हुए आरिफ़ जी ने उनके तमाम शेर कोट किए। शुरुआत इसी बात से की कि “मुल्क मेरे तुझे हुआ क्या है/ ये है अच्छा तो फिर बुरा क्या है”

“ये कौन सा निज़ाम है, ये कौन सा नया नगर/ कि रोज़ एक हादसा, कि रोज़ एक बुरी ख़बर”

कार्यक्रम में अपनी रचनाओं का पाठ करते हुए मुकुल सरल ने कहा-

आग में तपे हैं हम

इसलिए खरे हैं हम

 

कोई न ख़रीद सके

इतने तो बड़े हैं हम 

मुकुल सरल ने अपनी कई ग़ज़लें और नज़्में सुनाईं। अंत में उन्होंने एक नई कविता अलार्म बज रहा है कि मार्फ़त आगाह किया कि अगर अब भी हम न जागे तो फिर देर हो जाएगी।

कार्यक्रम में वरिष्ठ पत्रकार एके लारी ने कहा कि मुकुल सरल को पढ़ते और सुनते हुए हबीब जालिब की याद आती है। उनके अशआर भी अवाम का आह्वान कर रहे हैं, उसे जगा रहे हैं। इस मौके पर मुकुल सरल की हमसफ़र और एक्टिविस्ट सुलेखा सिंह ने भी अपनी बात  रखी। 

कार्यक्रम का संचालन रेडियो प्रस्तुतकर्ता रहे अशोक आनंद ने  किया। अंत में सभी का धन्यवाद पत्रकार विजय विनीत ने किया। कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में  संस्था की प्रमुख ट्रस्टी श्रुति नागवंशी ने अहम भूमिका  अदा की।
