creators of initiatives using media such as community radio, the newspaper or
the virtual platform.
The 2018 Laureates have succeeded in
developing particular approaches that integrate justice, economics, culture and
technology in one way or another to meet the challenges of today's societies.
They bring with them a world of tolerance and harmony that builds relationships
between men and women on gender equality, respect, non-violence and
non-discrimination. Their solidarity and collective initiatives become
lighthouses that mobilize hope and build the future in a culture of peace.

What's new in the 2018 edition?
This 5th edition of the PPP
received encouraging feedback for having innovated by developing a more
collaborative than competitive approach. The finalists support teams were
invited to support and publicize all the finalists from any country, not just
the original bid. In the end, the visibility given to each of the laureates
depends entirely on all the various forms of support that the public has given
them during the period determined following the launch of each finalist.
The PPP would like to thank
everyone who participated in this edition for their openness to the new approach
that is more collaborative than competitive. The only objective of this prize
is to make known a maximum of initiatives and craftsmen of peace to the general
public, on the social media, and this beyond any form of competition!
