Thanks Giving to CRY

Subject: Action Taken Report Called for(ATR) -12689/24/22/2021.

Sir/Madam,

The complaint dated 14/05/2021, was placed before the Commission on 19/05/2021. Upon perusing the complaint, the Commission directed as follows:

The complainant shares a newspaper clipping which states that the victim, a 92-year-old inmate of the district jail of Etah was chained to bed during his treatment in a hospital. The ADG, Prisons has suspended a Jail warden for his negligence.

It is a very serious matter. The Commission fails to understand what fear is there from a 92 years old inmate. It shows how insensitive and selfish the jail attendants were. From this incident, a further inference can be drawn, if a 92 year old ill person is chained to bed during his treatment, the persons who can really be a threat, would be treated in more inhuman and barbaric manner.

Keeping a 92 years old ill person in Jails indicates towards malfunctioning of Sentence Review Boards in the State. The larger and Institutional issue is, for the protecting the Human rights of the prisoners, the functioning of Sentence Review Boards in the State of UP should be improved. Under section 433 Cr. PC and Prison Rules, the Government has powers to commute the Sentence through Sentence Review Board. Functioning of Sentence Review Board in professional manner is necessary to decongest jails and relieve the burden of Government form taking care of a 92 years old ill person.

The Chief Secretary Govt. of U.P. be asked to explain as to 1. When was the last meeting of Sentence Review Board held, 2. How many cases are pending before Sentence Review Board, 3. How many sentences have been commuted by Sentence Review Board in year 2020 and 2019, and 4. What system is being followed in Jails for referring the matters to Sentence Review Boards. Let the report be sent within 6 weeks.

2.         Accordingly, I am forwarding herewith a copy of the complaint as an attachment for taking appropriate action in the matter as per the directions of the Commission. It is requested that an Action Taken Report be sent to the Commission within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of this letter.

COVID, PVCHR and Indo German Society affiliate Remschied,Germany

 Dear Helma jee,

I am very impressed and touched with your call and idea of supply of oxygen to most needy people suffering with COVID. I immediately supported the idea, because I faced myself one night shortage of oxygen in one of the best private hospitals.

Idea of Helma jee from Germany for People of Baghwanala and Varanasi is extraordinary and needs an hour.

An Oxygen concentrator (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxygen_concentrator), is a device that concentrates the oxygen from a gas supply (typically ambient air) by selectively removing nitrogen to supply an oxygen-enriched product gas stream.

Cost of one Oxygen concentrator is sixty five thousand Indian Rupees (Euro 734). PVCHR needs one Oxygen concentrator for Baghawanala and PVCHR needs another ten for the rest of Varanasi. So we needs all 11 Oxygen concentrators (Cost: 715000 Indian Rupees/ Euro 8068)

Again thanks a lot from the bottom of my heart to Helma jee . You are a real friend of India, Varanasi and Baghawanala.

With Kindest regards,

Lenin Raghuvanshi

Very interesting talk . Lenin Raghuvanshi is also in talk.
Democracy Under Threat What does it take to create just societies in 2021: a Talk organized by Catalyst 2030

Panelist:

1. Eva Marszewski (Peacebuilders International), 2. Glenn Martin (BLM), 3. Lenin Raghuvanshi (PVCHR), 4. Karen Tse (International Bridges to Justice)

Civil unrest and the fight for social, economic, and environmental justice is not new to social entrepreneurs. What we have seen across the world in 2021 despite the backdrop of the global pandemic, is the fragility of the institutions and values that make up our societies. This event will draw on the situations including in Myanmar, the USA and India. We will explore how members are working to safeguard the foundations of healthy societies; advocating for fundamental rights; the rule of law, the right to protest and freedom of expression in these countries respectively.

This session will shed light on the complex challenges that are currently being experienced in these and other countries and provide an opportunity for members to learn more and explore ways that they may show solidarity.

Neo Dalit Mobile Kitchen

4 Neo dalit mobile kitchen for 257 musahars people. And Neo dalit mobile kitchen supported 21 poor corona positive people according follows mentioned food chart on 7 May 2021.

Nutritional Support to most marginalized Musahar communities (http://www.andyvc.com/tag/musahar/) of 50 villages of Varanasi in India

Friends and partner of 200 Swedish donors and my sister and human rights champion Ms. Parul Sharma,
Greetings from Varanasi after my second life due to infection of Coronavirus to me.
I faced infection on 3 April 2021 and I went quarantine in one part of home then my situation became worst on 12 April and My life partner Shruti Ngavanshi admitted in Teen Murti Hospital, I lived and then survived 12 days in ICU(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intensive_care_unit . I came home and visited hospital
For follow-up on 30 April and expert doctors told that it is an amazing recovery due nutritional food.
From first day Shabana Khan did .interaction with her relative Lucknow based nutritionist Ms. Seenam Khan (M.Sc. in Nutrition and Health from Lucknow University) for food chart in treatment to enhance immunity of my body to eliminate Corona Virus. Please find follows nutritional chart for per day:

8 AM Bread and Milk
10 AM Apple, Egg/ Chees
12:30 PM Kichadi (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BwNergMA9WA)and vegetable
2PM Cocoanut water
8 PM Kichadi (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BwNergMA9WA )and Vegetables
Note:
Varieties of vegetables and Kichadi(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BwNergMA9WA) are part of chart. Two dates palm https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Date_palm is part of daily chart.

Farhat (sister of Shabana) and Nikahat prepared food for me as above nutritional food chart and now I fully recovered.

Yesterday, I talked with our partner of human rights work and my sister Ms. Parul Sharma Jee . Empathy and alertness of Parul jee and my experience of enchaining immunity by nutritional and protein rich food. We agreed as follows jointly:

World famous Time magazine published on fornt page, “Officially, India Has the World’s Second-Worst COVID-19 Outbreak. Unofficially, It’s Almost Certainly the Worst.” https://time.com/5954416/india-covid-second-wave/
Protein rich nutritional food is better than vaccine to prevent death of human being due to Corona virus. Thanks to Norwegian Peace Prize Committee selected UN World Food Programme as Nobel Peace Prize 2020 and COVID came 2019.
PVCHR team in leadership of Shruti Nagvanshi working in fifty villages with all Musahar people. And community spread of Corona Virus went 98 percentage . Details of Musahar people as follows:
Total Block - 4
Total Village - 50
Total Family - 2404
Taral Population - 12886
Total Children's population – 6488

Cost of nutritional food for 1 person of most marginalized 145 Indian Rupees, so cost of 12886 Musahar marginalized members 1868470. For full recovery and also protection for COVID through boost impunity due to protein rich nutritional food for thirty days. So the cost of nutritional food to 12886 Musahar marginalized members from 4 Development blocks of Varanasi for 30 days is 56054100 Indian rupees.
Please remember follows Gandhi's Talisman , before donation of one penny here:
"I will give you a talisman. Whenever you are in doubt, or when the self becomes too much with you, apply the following test. Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man [woman] whom you may have seen, and ask yourself, if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him [her]. Will he [she] gain anything by it? Will it restore him [her] to a control over his [her] own life and destiny? In other words, will it lead to swaraj [freedom] for the hungry and spiritually starving millions?
Then you will find your doubts and your self melt away."
- One of the last notes left behind by Gandhi in 1948, expressing his deepest social thought.
Source: Mahatma Gandhi - The Last Phase, Vol. II (1958), p.65
For support of one penny through Ms.Parul Sharma jee American Jon Train says about, “Humanity being what it is, the world must always be saved anew, by new saints.” It is also supported by word of André Gide, ““The world will be saved by just a few.” And words of Samantha Power , “ We decide, on issues large and small, whether we will be bystanders or upstanders.”

Protein riches nutritional food not only saved me but fully recovered in one week , so please save life 12886 Musahar people from death due to Corona Virus who are most marginalized in not in India but in world. Please donate for better world. It is noted that Varanasi is parliament seat of Prime Minister of India, but upper class and a lot middle class died in Varanasi in few week. Mushars are on worst.

Dear Parul jee and 200 Swedish donors,

Thanks a lot for protein rich nutritional foods to 257 members of Musahar  communities and follows food charts to 21 poor people and children infected by Corona virus:
8 AM Bread and Milk
10 AM Apple, Egg/ Chees
12:30 PM Kichadi (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BwNergMA9WA)and vegetable
2PM Cocoanut water
8 PM Kichadi (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BwNergMA9WA )and Vegetables
Note:
