Lakhs each paid to the next of kin of the two deceased persons namely Sarat
Bora S/o Shri Priyaram Borah and Bhaskar Hazarika @ Dimbo Nath @ Dimbeswar
Nath. Registry is directed to issue one more reminder to the Chief Secretary,
Government of Assam to submit the compliance report along with proof of
payment within six weeks. Since the Commission is pursuing the compliance
report and proof of payment in the main file, there is no need to keep the
linked file No.97/3/7/2012-AFE pending. Therefore, the linked file may be
closed.
