Ram
Ji Chauhan and Suresh Chauhan were the bread
earner and now their families are leaving in abject poverty due to which his
daughters were unable to continue their education after class 10th.
Now one of the daughters is suffering from some neurological problem. For the past 20 years I have waited and pray every
moment. My family has been with me all these years and all our family members
have only one hope to see my husband back in the family as he was earlier. My
daughters also ask questions about their father and I console them by saying
he would return soon. 73 years old
his mother Mula Devi is searching her son.
Ram
Ji wife Usha Chauhan is making paper toy and his brother is selling balloon to
meet the two end of family. The family is
living in the rented shed at 57/126 B Nawapura, Maidagin, police station
Kotwali district Varanasi.
The conducts of Ram Ji Chauhan and Suresh Chauhan are
disciplined and humanistic in Naini Prison at Allahabad.
Therefore
we request you to write letter His Excellency Government on
his email hgovup@gov.in and also to
Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh cmup@nic.in taking the
reference of Hon’ble High Court judgment in CRIMINAL WRIT-PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No. - 2357 of 1997
Bachche lal v/s State of UP (http://elegalix.allahabadhighcourt.in/elegalix/WebShowJudgment.do)
to kindly provide pardon from the life imprisonment award and release both of
them. It is noted that honorable Supreme Court gave recent judgment in
this context, which is published in Newspaper.
