As a ED and founder of PVCHR, I am thinking very seriously about commitment (http://www.uri.edu/research/lrc/scholl/webnotes/Commitment.htm) of individual for organization and commitment of organization about individual in organization. I am looking that both are interdependent in spirit of VMG (Vision,mission and Goal) as empowerment of marginalized. But few are thinking and doing just opposite in very cheating way of manipulation like " the Wolf in Sheep's Clothing"(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wolf_in_Sheep's_Clothing ), such as talking great but doing non-performance,but want all money for them-self.My internal fight for value based on friendly contradiction is started with my slogan " salute to great missionary individuals in PVCHR are active for VMG of PVCHR based on collective decision and individual accountability."
