A film about the history and the work of the Human Right Organisation PVCHR (People's Vigilance Committee on Human Rights), which was founded in Varanasi in the year 1996. It's ambitions are fighting for the basic rights, eliminating situation which gives rise to exploitation of vulnerable groups, i.e. children, women, Dalit and working class and abolishing the caste system.
