Dear Sir, 

I want to bring in your kind attentions towards the news published in daily Hindi newspaper Dainik   Jagran Hindustan regarding "Kaan ukhadane mein teen sipahi layienhajir" (photo and newspaper clipping annexed). 

Therefore it is a kind request please take appropriate action at earliest and provide medical treatment and compensation to Shri Ram Laut, 70 year old man.
